Anything Else I Need to Know before I Subscribe?

B>Important: If you are currently a registered Family Tree Maker Online user, be sure to follow these steps before you subscribe.

  1. Use the same computer where you have Family Tree Maker installed.

  2. Be sure your browser is set up to accept cookies and do not delete your cookie file. If you aren't sure whether or not your browser is accepting cookies, see our instructions for Netscape Navigator and Communicator or for Microsoft Internet Explorer. For more information about cookies, please see our articles about what cookies are and why we use them.

  3. Start Family Tree Maker and click the Online button.

  4. Click the link to Internet Famikly Archives to get to the My Online Data Library page where you can purchase and access your subscriptions

If you do not go online through the Online button in Family Tree Maker or if you subscribe from a different computer, you may experience problems when trying to access your subscription again in the future.
