I am researching the DOLAN family of Brierfield, Abbeyknockmoy, Co. Galway. There are many surnames connected with this line. Some major ones are: BRANNELLY, CONCANNON, CONROY, DEMPSEY, DOLLY, MANNING, MANNION, MEEHAN, and MULLEN/MULLIN. You will find a little information on my paternal line - CARTY - LAWLER/LAWLOR. Martin (Mattie) Dolan (16 KB) Nephew of Patrick J. Dolan, Mattie was born 21 Mar 1913 to William Dolan & Ellen Meehan in Brierfield, Abbeyknockmoy. He married Nora Donohue of Coolourthy. Mattie died on 23 Feb 1997. RIP Civil Parish of Killoscobe (35 KB) For Catherine Sarah Elizabeth Mullin Dolan (20 KB) This is my maternal grandmother, Sarah Elizabeth Mullin Dolan born 15 Nov 1893 in Philadelphia, PA to Thomas J. Mullin & Anna T. Dempsey.
