| Welcome to the Jeffrey Richard Conrad and family home page! This web page contains some of the information that my family has researched for over 40 years. I currently have more than 12,000 related individuals in my family tree. I have recently taken over this page from my father, Richard, who died in September, 2006. We are descendents of Michael Conrad, who was born about 1698 in Wiese, Brdbq, Prussia and died in September 1791. Michael Conrad and his wife, Mary Elizabeth, had sons Carl Ferdinand Conrad, John Jacob Conrad, John Nicholas Conrad, Johann Michael Conrad, and daughters Mary Elizabeth Conrad, Eve Conrad, and Mary Margaret Conrad. Michael Conrad's sons, Johann Michael Conrad and Carl Ferdinand Conrad came to America on 1 Oct 1773 aboard the ship "Hope", departing Rotterdam, stopping at Cowes (Isle of Wright), then to Boston and Philadelphia. Johann Michael Conrad went on to Middletown, Dauphin Co., PA in 1784 and died there in 1787. I am interested in any information regarding people in my family tree, but am especially interested in any information about Michael Conrad or Johann Michael Conrad. I am eager to trade or share the information that I have. I am researching the the following surnames for my family tree: Conrad, Lang, Bertschinger, Norcross, Gast.
