It outlines the migration of the Dodd family from Virginia in 1800, provides a short biography of John Dodd and Sally Settle, Nathaniel's father and mother. It provides names of all Nathaniel's siblings, including William F. Dodd, who married Nancy P. Kenner in 1850. This book was reprinted in 1971 by the Geneological Reference Co., of Owensboro, KY.
