Know all Men by these Presents, That we George W. Evans, as Principal, and Edward Rudel, M. J. Watts, A. J. Watts and D. C. Mitchell as Securities, all of the State of Arkansas, in the final sum of Twelve hundred Dollars, of lawful money of the United States, for the payment Whereof, well and truly to be made, we jointly and severally bind ourselves. Mitchell Seal State of Arkansas Greenwood District County of Sebastian The State of Arkansas, To all Persons to whom these Presents shall come Know Ye, that whereas William Evans of the County, of Sebastian died intestate, as it is said, on or about the 3rd day of May, A.D.1873 having at the time of his death personal property in this State, which may be lost, destroyed, or diminished in value if speedy care be not taken of the same, To the end therefore that said property may be allotted, preserved, and disposed according to law, we do hereby appoint George W. Evans of the County of Sebastian Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and Credits, which were of the said William Evans, at the time of his death with full Power and authority to secure and dispose of the said Property according to law, and collect all moneys due said deceased, and in general to do an perform all other acts and things which are, or hereafter maybe required of him by law.
