PRICE Family Tree from TN to AR to MO to CA

I am researching the Price family from Tennessee to Arkansas to Missouri to California. James Beauregard Price was born on April 14, 1878 in Newport, Cocke County, TN.
He married Sarah Anna Turner in Hartford, Sebastian County, AR on December 29, 1898 and they had two daughters: Bessie Marie Price(1900), Anna Ida Naomi Price(1908) and two sons: Wavel Beauregard Price(1901), Frederick James Price(1905).
James Beauregard Price first appears in the June 19th, 1900 Census, living in Hartford, Sebastian, AR with wife Sarah Anna (Turner) and daughter Bessie Marie Price, but I don't know where he was between his birth in Newport, Cocke County, TN and the 1900 Census in AR. Specifically, I am looking for information on James Beauregard Price’s parents; all we know is that his mother’s name is Jane who was born about 1858. Any information on these folks would be helpful.
James Beauregard Price married a second time in Newton County, MO to Margaret (last name unknown, nickname of Maggie). James and Maggie were living in Neosho, Newton County, MO when he died on March 16, 1957. Any information on this second marriage would be helpful.

In addition, I'm researching the George C. Swindle family of Newton County, MO. George C. Swindle was born in MO (Missouri) around 1852. He married Martha F. Bennet in Newton County, MO on December 12, 1875 and they eventually had nine sons, Arlin, Walter E.(1879), Asa(1881 or 82), Pool(1884?), Sterling Peter(1885), Chester(1893), Verlin(1895), Garland(1897?), and Dorman(1903?), plus a daughter, Grace. Any information on these folks would be helpful.

In addition, I'm researching the John Baxter family of Tunica county, Mississippi which moved to AR. Not sure where John was born. He married Katherine Giles in Tunica county, Mississippi on September 14, 1864. They had two sons: John Baxter jr. (1867) and Oscar Baxter (1868?). Any information on these folks would be helpful.

Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.

  This picture has about 26 relatives from the Sweet, Mathis, and Turner lines. Sarah Anna Turner is the connection to the Price line. I do not know when the picture was taken or who all the people are. I do know that Thomas Turner (Sarah Anna Turner's father) is the white haired man in the front row with a little girl on his lap. To his right is Elizabeth Caroline (Mathis) Turner (his wife), and to her right is Malissa Emaline (Sweet) Mathis (Thomas' mother-in-law).
