| My family moved from Fayette Co. Geogia to Texas on a wagon train in the mid 1840's. They settled in East Texas near Winnsborro and many of my relatives still reside nearby. Campbell, Texas is considered to be the old home place. I completed the main body of my research last year and authored a amature work called "The Unofficial, Unauthorized and Incomplete History of the Reeves Family. The data I discovered has been submitted to the world family tree project and the family tree back to 1490 is an attachment to this page. I was able to verify most data back to about 1830. The tree prior to that was based on work by others. I would be pleased t make the book available to anyone directly related free of charge. There are many old intersting photos and family members are encouraged to submit biographies to enhance the work. I'll be sure to give you credit for you contributions and promise not to change anything.
