"Solving The Riddle's"

I have connected my Riddle line to William Julius Riddle born abt.1708 - died abt.1770 and his seven sons who came to North Carolina around 1763. My connection is through his great-grandson Daniel L. Riddle who was killed in the Civil War and his son Duncan James Riddle my great-grandfather. This Riddle line has pretty much stayed close to their roots in the county of Chatham/ Moore/and now Lee in North Carolina. I would love to share info with others who "connect" to the William Julius Riddle line. I am also researching the surnames PATTERSON-GILMORE-GUNTER-STOUT-NESTER and TAYLOR.

  Josephine was the wife of Duncan James Riddle. She bore him 12 children.
