John Crozier (spelled in his will CROZZER)
His will dated November 4, 1778 and proved December 25, 1779 at Millford Township, Cumberland County, PA; he was listed in Tax lists of Cumberland Co., PA as follows: East Pennsborough Twp. in 1753, 1762, 1763, and 1764; Millford Twp. in 1778. His widow, Ann Crozierwas listed on the 1780 Tax list of Millford Twp., Cumberland Co., PA, as was his eldest son Morton.

WILL OF JOHN CROZZER; Book D, page 3, Cumberland Co., PA.
      Be it known to all men by these presents, Greeting, That I, John
Crozzer being in perfect mind and Memory but Weak in Body and Calling to mind the uncertainty of life and the certainty that all Flesh must one die I do by these presents constitute and appoint this my last Willand Testament and by these presents do Disanul all former Wills and Testaments and order in manner following. 1. I Recommend My Soul to Almighty God through the merits of our Blessed Redeemer Jesus Christ and my Body to be Decently Interred at the Disposal of my Executor hereafter mentioned. 2. I constitute and appoint my Loving Wife Ann Crosher and My Son Morton Crosher to be my sole Executors of this my last Will to Dispose of my worldly goods and Estate in manner following (viz) 3. I give and bequeath one third
part of all my Estate Real and personal to my Loving Wife Ann Crosher During her widowhood if Ann Crosher should marry she shall not have any shareof or from the Land, and one young Sorrell Mare during her natural Life at her Expiration said Mare shall return to my three Children to be equally divided. 4. I bequeath to myson Morton Crosher one moiety of my Plantation his share lies next Tuscorora Mountain and subject to my Wifes
Dowry; and one young Bay Mare and Plow Irons to come into his hands at twenty one years old. 5. I Bequeath to my son John Crosher the other half of my Plantation Including my mantion house it being subjectto my wifes Dowry and one Bald Sorrel Mare and his usual Plow Ironsall to come into his hands at 21 years. 6. I Bequeath, to my Daughter Jennet Crosher the first Colt that my wifes Mare shal raise; to be deliveredto herat the age of eighteen years and two good cows and calfs, a Bed and Beding a Spinning Wheel and the Valueof forty pounds in Money or Goods at the rate money bought goods in 1774. 7. I Bequeathto Elizabeth MILLAGAN one Bed & Beding and forty
Pounds in one year after my decease. 8. I Bequeath to William CRAWFORD
Six Month Schooling at the Expense of my Executors and a horse bridle and
Saddle worth Twenty pounds at the age of 21 years old and to be taught the Weavers Trade at my Executors expense together with usual income. In
witness I hereunto set my hand and Seal this 4th of November 1778.

      Be it remembered that on the 25th Dayof December A. D. 1779 the
Testament and Last Will of John Crozzer Deceased was legallyproved of which the foregoing records is a true copy and letters of Testamentary given
in Common from on the said 25th of Decr. 1779.

The following is an abstract of the Will of THOMAS MILLIKAN from Will Book 1 page 449 Cumberland Co. PA. So far I have not found a direct family connection but since John Crozzer is listed as guardian for child listing it here.
THOMAS MILLIKAN, late of Millford Twp, will dated April 8, 1778 and probated June 6, 1780. Names the following: wife Mary; 2nd son James Millikin(under 21 years of age); James GRAY, guadian for my son John MILLIKIN; Joseph McCONNELL guardian for James MILLIGAN; JOHN CROZZER for Edward MILLIGAN; William BELL guardian for Samuel MILLIGAN; John McCONNELL guardian for Thomas MILLIKAN. Executors: Wm. McConnell and Thomas TORBETT. Witnesses: Davie Beale (or Bell) and Thomas Beale(Bell?) and Wm. Shaw.

Though proof of her surname has not been found to-date, evidence points to
possibility of it being MILLIGAN/MILLIKAN.
