      This indenture made the thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Sixty twoo between Adam Bungard Sen and Margaret Bungard hiw wife of the Township of Saltlick in the County of Fayette and State of Pennsylvania of the one part and Adam M. Bungard of the same place in consideration of the sum of Five hundred Dollars..... Do grant Bargain and sell unto the said Adam M. Bungard their heirs....all the real Estate Right Title interest they have in and to a certain tract or part of a tract of land situated in Saltlick Township..... it being the same land deed by John Warrick and Hannah his wife to Adam Bungard Sen and Adam M. Bungard on the 27th Day of Nov. 1847.

      Joseph Berg Administration of the estate of Margaret Bungard appears in court and produces an account as passed by the Register showing a balance in hands of accountant (less parts to heirs) of one hundred and thirty seven dollars and seven cents ($107.07).
