My grandfather William Freeman Durham, never went anywhere with out his hat, apparently he forgot and turned around, when he did this is what happened, they did not at that time have the "wrong way" do not enter signs......... I was only 5 yrs old and I remember it so well. I even remember him teaching me to tie my shoes, I loved my grandpa so much. Florence was his second wife.
