In a cozy bistro-like setting, get the scoop on Family Tree Maker's Authorized Plug-ins: Family Book Creator and Charting Companion. Stefan Harms, creator of Family Book Creator, will be on hand to answer questions and demo his NEW edition. And while Pierre Clouthier, creator of Charting Companion, was unable to make the trip from Nova Scotia, he will be available remotely and offer virtual "office hours".
Our Family Tree Maker Help Bar is named after the late Russ Worthington who was a tireless and enthusiastic expert on everything about Family Tree Maker. Matt Bess, Director of Customer Happiness, will more than capably fill the shoes of Russ in our on-site help bar.
