| I am researching the ancestors of the Ulery and Stange families, currently of Jacksonville, FL. Families on my dad's side were mostly from southwestern Pennsylvania and include the surnames of ALTMAN, EISAMAN, FOX, FULTON, KERN, KOOSER, MARTIN, MENCH, MILLER, OPPENHEIMER, OSTERWEIS/OSTERWISE, ROSENSTEEL, STAHL, STEINER, ULERY/ULLERY, WARRICK and WENTZEL. My mom's side goes back into England and very early colonial areas of New England, especially Martha's Vineyard, Hampton, NH, and Falmouth, MA. Other areas of concentration include South Georgia and North Carolina. These surnames are: BROWN, CHASE, DAVIS, ENDERLY, FISHER, GUEST/GUESS, HANFORD, HENDERSON, HUNTER, JOWERS, JUDGE, KIGHT, KNAPP, KNOPP, MASON, MORTIMER, OSTEEN, PHILBRICK (PHILBROOK, FELBRIGGE, FYLBRIDGE), PRITCHARD, READ(E), ROBINSON, SMITH, STAFFORD, STANGE, STYLE, TILTON, WEEKS (WICKES, ATWEEKE, ATWICKE), AND WHITE.
