I am Tommie Jo Anderson Stapleton. I have included several ged's on this site and 5 reports on various family lines that are found at the bottom of this page.
I am researching my Hull/Wilkins/Weldon (alternate spellings Welden/Weldin) and Anderson/Little forebearers.
I am the daughter of Ruth Hull Anderson, who is the daughter of Edgar Relies Hull and Ida Nida Sarah Tobiatha Wilkins. Edgar Relies Hull was the son of Francis Marion Hull and the grandson of Thomas Hull & Winnifred Evans.
My father was Tommy Jesse Anderson of Aquilla, Texas, son of Henry Frank Anderson of NC & Abbott, TX and Harriett Lavinia (Hettie) Little of Aquilla, Texas (the daughter of Jesse Little, whose father was Frederick Dinkens Little of NC and Harriett Knight). If anyone has any information on the Anderson or Little family, I would appreciate hearing from you. Recent discovery: Information on Descendants of Albert/Alfred Anderson, North Carolina)who married EMMELINE CLEMENTINE KISIAH (Keziah) whose Native American name was AKilena (Waxhaw or Catawba Tribe): including surnames of McQuay, Fisher, Phillips, Blackwell, King, Holthouser, etc.
The Wilkins family descended from William Wilkins, Sr. (1785-1871) and Catherine Weldon (abt. 1788-5/23/1864).
